Eid-ul-Fitr: End of the glorious month of Ramazan.*

Eid-ul-Fitr, a celebration of gratitude, marks the ending of the blessed month of Ramazan. It is one of the most celebrated festivals for Muslims all around the world. Reading the holy book of Quran, fasting, charity, and attaining the blessings on the night of power as the gifts of Allah. After thirty days of fasting, people gather to enjoy and carry out all the other religious duties of Ramazan. Muslims from every corner of the world get together and sweets, cash, and clothes are gifted to friends and family. Thirty-day festival of prayers is also an occasion of having Allah’s blessings and delicious sevaiyaan and biryani. There are several other dishes mainly non-vegetarian ones for this festival. So, here is a list of tempting and flavored food for this Eid-ul-Fitr:

1.Biryani: Everyone’s favorite, Biryani, is one of the most common masaledaar dishes prepared for this occasion. Colorful rice dish heavenly layered with any of your loved meat is the most wanted dish for Eid. People usually club it up raita or spicy salan to enhance its taste. 

2.Sheermal: Sheermal is a mildly sweet naan made out of maida, leavened with yeast, baked in a tandoor or oven. Many people dip it into sugar syrup to enhance its taste.

3.Mutton korma : Spicy and tangy mutton curry with flavors of masala and cashew paste with super toned nuts is one of the most popular and demanding dishes for Eid-ul-fitr. 

4.Sevaiyaan: The more viscous version of sheer khurma is as sweet as the blessings of Allah. Basically made from milk and vermicelli topped with nuts mainly served as sukhi mithai. 

5.Sheer khurma: Sweety tasty milk pudding with vermicelli, properly cooked and topped with nuts and raisins will make you go gaga over it. 

Not only this, but people also visit various Non- vegetarian outlets for their dumdaar bhukh ka ilaaz during Ramazan. There are several super famous places around Jama Masjid and Chandni Chowk including  Karim’s, Al Jawahar, Aslam’s chicken corner, and more for juicy, tangy, and spiciest meat and sweetest sheer khurma and others.
